That is way too long. 15 is still probably 3 times longer than you want.

for virals you have to set it to like 2 seconds. 15 is way too long.

Well, running two pandas like that was prolly giving you a bunch of errors. just run one panda.

yeah, you need it quicker than that. Next time try 2 or 3 seconds.
