I think the blocks were from an old batch. If people are just noticing them now when stuff has been posted, it probably happened a while ago and they didn't send emails.

This was our go to in High school. Had a friend who was a few years older and turned 19 before the drinking age was raised to 21, so he was grandfathered in.
