Oh snickerdoodles ... check dmv.org (not sure where you are) ... some DMVs you can just bring all the relevant docs and get one printed that day, if not you can get one express mailed.

I agree with everything you said above, don't know if that's real strict or not but...if it didn't mean damn near the same thing, I wasn't selecting that first option.
