Just finished the Heather hit. It took me the full 90 minutes with some distraction.

Did anyone who completed it get the final page and it said Our records indicate that you have completed the HIT?


But My Projected Earning for today is already $23.70, so I'm happy about that at least.

Just picking up HITs from the forum alone should have yielded you more than that. Are you using HF/HM/PC?

I am using Hit Finder with Mturk suite. I just recently started using this, I used to use hit scraper (never got much out of that either).

Here are my settings:
Scan Delay: 5
Min Reward: .02
Min Avail: 2
Min TO: 2.5
Size: 100
Sort By: Latest

What I have been doing is watching hit finder for batches and maybe some surveys that come through the filter, while waiting to find something good there, I watch this website for surveys or maybe run hit scraper for surveys until I find a good batch.

It's just so frustrating it make me want to quit.

not suggesting you need to change anything, but mine are set at the minimum so i don't miss anything. you'd miss big 1-cent batches of A9s and customer interests that could help you get your numbers up. 8,000 is pretty low for over a year of turking. i started in late 2015 and am at nearly 55,000. also, you'd miss any surveys that are posted not in batches because of your "min avail: 2" setting

If you're looking for surveys, take the minimum available down to 0. My "size" is set to 50 - I'm not really sure if that matters. For surveys, my min reward is set to .40. I have HF running separately for "batches" with a min avail of 20 and $0.02. Scan delay is 3 secs

If I may, here is a suggestion for possibly better results.

Min Reward: .02
Min Avail: 1
Min TO: 2
Size: 25
Sort By: Latest

A lot of surveys will only show 1 HIT available for you so you're missing those by setting it to 2. A faster scan delay scanning for less HITs will get you fast results and you really won't miss anything. I'm not sure if you're using PandA to try and get surveys you missed, but that's a thing you should also do.

I would make TO be 0 and reward to be 0 and lower the scan delay to 3.

it depends. i do, but i also run TM so that i can be alerted to qual HITs. and i hide Master's because i don't have it and there's no point in seeing those HITs that i can't do.

also if you are setting your TO at anything above 0 you are excluding new requesters who don't have TO ratings yet.

Good morning! I am sooo sorry there were issues with the HIT this morning! Some of you encountered different issues so please reach out to me before just submitting the HIT or trying to resolve the issue. In most cases if you reclicked the original link it would take you to the next portion. Others were having flash issues. This has all been corrected! Thank you for the help with the HIT. I truly appreciate it.
