I just ate pizza to test what is was like after eating mostly-healthy food for a week. my stomach feels heavy and too full after only 2 pieces. back to other food for me.

Have the same problem. I ate VERY little the last few months and my kids got on the you need to eat healthy mom kick. I ate cupcakes today and have felt sick all day.

Have the same problem. I ate VERY little the last few months and my kids got on the you need to eat healthy mom kick. I ate cupcakes today and have felt sick all day.

I joke about being "too old" to eat Taco Bell, but there was just a certain point in my life after which my body was all "nope. Your dogs eat healthier stuff than this on a regular basis, and if you put this in me again, I will revolt."
