My friend made one of those ones inside an NES cartridge a little while before the NES Classic came out. Still bought the NES Classic. I have no idea why. It's emulated either way.

the cord to the nes classic is like 2 inches and you have to have you face to the screen. you will loose your sight within 20 seconds.
