You're seeing the text like that because you're using one of the darker forum settings. He's prob using the default forum setting (white background) with a darker text (so it looks fine to him). I usually just highlight the text to read it when that happens.

They changed their color to a darker text, I think bad ash was showing what that does to darkthemers.

Last week, pay was 4 cents and you only had to copy/paste the company's industry. Now, requester wants the company's location and the name of the company for 2 cents. Not necessarily difficult but that 50% pay cut for more work is sad.
