I have worked a lot of customer service jobs, especially over the phone.
I like to think I'm pretty patient when I need help.
I have no electricity and $80 in disconnect fees for some reason that I am not understanding
when I paid with money I still see sitting in my bank.
but the payment was returned.
I am talking to the bank customer service and I'm about to say something I'll really regret.
Like listen here you.
I guess i need to take a couple of breaths.

Just ask to speak to a supervisor... That usually saves you time and gets something done.

yeah. good point. I once had a supervisor from verizon try to tell me that an unexplained fee for $78 was for shipping my phone. not even overnight. lol. usually it works better than this though.

Well my friend in high school who was a metalhead died sophmore year and they played the most horrible music at his funeral.
Since then, I've been planning and editing my own funeral mix tapes.

If anyone else has been hoarding their British Pounds from Prolific, today is a good day to exchange them on Paypal. The rate is up from 1.20 to 1.24 right now so that was like 3 extra dollars on the hundred I had sitting in there. That's the best rate I've seen in more than month.
