I'm going to my regular doc tomorrow to make sure my blood pressure meds are still working ok. If I'm still nauseated I may ask for a prescription, but I won't hold my breath that it'll work

Oh honey big hugs. I puked all nine months with both of my kids. Pregnancy nausea and vomiting is so horrible. I hope this clears up for you soon, or meds work to help the nausea!

The babies make it all worth it, but until they come out it basically sucks! (or, it sucked hard for me both times!)

This is going to sound like the craziest suggestion, but deep breathing works wonders for nausea. A nice controlled deep breath in through the nose and exhaled slowly through the mouth. Nice and slow until the overwhelming feelings pass. May not completely rid nausea during pregnancy (with the influx of hormones and life blooming) but can certainly help. This is a med-free alternative that truly works

I'll literally try anything. If only it'd give me energy and get rid of the headaches from hell, too. I'm sure it's a growth thing. I think this child got twice as big in the last two days :aikon3:

so this one time, at pregnancy camp, I was doing what you said above and it was working. I was actually contemplating food.

Then I saw a spider. And I had to smash it.

And that made me puke.

And I could never take deep breaths after that as I swore it summoned spiders.
