Did you wash/rinse them? Mushrooms are like sponges. You can try to dry roast them first in the oven and then use a grill pan (so it's slightly raised). Or season them and pop them under the broiler

These were stuffed ones, so I couldn't wash them w/out taking out the insides. (So hopefully they were clean)

ugh. survey piss me off sooo fucking much. just tried to do that 1.50 FeldmanHall Lab . shit was taking forever and was about to expire so i just returned it.

that was the requester who set up a dummy HIT for their $3 survey last week for me and only put my worker ID as the title with no quals so i couldn't accept it. then after like 3 hours of unsuccessful panda'ing i emailed him again and he decided i wasn't eligible for the survey
