I mailed Kraemer Lab about using the >99% qual:

Me: I just completed this HIT and found it very interesting. I noticed that the HIT requires an approval rating of greater than 99%, and that means that no one with even a single rejection can attempt it. It is not very common for turkers to reach over 5000 HITs without getting a rejection for a variety of reasons, not always due to poor work quality. You may have done this intentionally, and if so, I apologize for wasting your time. Otherwise, you might consider making the requirement greater than or equal to 99%.
