It's paraphrasing, but half the sentences are painfully boring, so we're trying doubling them up for double the pay. 1 horribly-boring sentence + 1 regular-boring sentence at 3 paraphrases each, for $.80. I think it's about insurance or investing or something, but my new co-worker is putting it together so I don't know exactly what it's about or how many there are. Print off your past three years earnings from Mturk. Create a spreadsheet of your weekly income for the past several weeks and take it with you. Considering that most want to see your 3 most recent paychecks this is not unreasonable.

I've done all of that. Just tried to get a place thats only freakin 250 square feet at $750.00 a month. Its literally just a room and a bathroom. Realtor told me that theres lots of people that make double what I make that are in line to get the place. He pretty much told me if I applied and definitely be rejected. I mean, at least dude was honest and saved me an application fee.

ugh... feeling bummed. Every landlord i talk to in south florida considers me "unreliable." Even though i have no evictions, no criminal background, a 690 credit score, 10 years worth of rental history, first, last and security ready. Its all cause i only make 1600 a month, and most of it is working from home. It doesn't even matter that my dad is willing to co sign with his even better income and even better credit. fuck.

i spent my whole life trying to be the most safe, reliable hard working person ever, and none of the shit matters.

Oh, eesh! I've never had my scar tissue scoped, but it sounds as painful as the pain itself, if not more so. Have you had surgery on it in the past? I'm glad the ice is helping, though!

@thedorchannel I didn't think I had anything helpful to add for you, until rsclone said this. It's a good idea, and also check in small local papers of the area that you're moving into. I had a hell of a time finding a place in Norman, OK when I moved there, for similar reasons (plus that whole swarm of OU students thing). I ended up perusing the local paper, and found a really great landlord that had posted in the classifieds there. He is an older dude, and they still tend to prefer paper publications to all of this "newfangled" tech stuff. Not only did he take a chance on me because I loved the same features of the property that his mother had loved (it was his childhood home) but it was the easiest move-out I've ever had when the lease was up. (And I've had a lot of moves in my lifetime.)
