I am making Farfalle pasta with canned salmon and peas and a creamy Parmesan sauce. One of the few ways I can get the kids to eat fish.

I am making Farfalle pasta with canned salmon and peas and a creamy Parmesan sauce. One of the few ways I can get the kids to eat fish.

Home made fish nuggets might be another option? Do your kids like nugget food?

My kid thought my fish nuggets were chicken nuggets the first time he had them. And loves them now. I use tilapia, so they're not really "fishy".

You can come eat with me tomorrow night! I'm making either scallops in bacony-garlic-butter sauce, asparagus and rice or alfredo with scallops and red bell peppers.

Edit: I'd invite you tonight, but I'm eating the other half of my Sam's Choice Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza, and even though I doctored it up a bit with more cheese and such, it's not great.
