Tonight we're having rotisserie chicken (I bought from a store) and home made potatoes (in some random form). Not fancy :)

Tomorrow, though, it's "empty the refrigerator" chili. I'm already soaking the beans. Oh, it includes the freezer, too, as I'm thawing out some leftover taco meat I had frozen a couple of months ago and we haven't eaten yet. <-------that's fancy!
