My impossible to reach goal seems to be 99.97%, every time I get close, I get some rejections. I have been at 99.96% for months now.

I've found that the best way to avoid rejections is not to work. My daily has decreased dramatically but I haven't gotten a rejection in weeks. Once the power gets cut off for not being able to pay, I'll never get a rejection again.
