I don't know how it works in the desert exactly but isn't the general strategy to open windows and use fans at night then close it up in the morning?I open the window sometimes, but I don't expect the moisture to stay in when I do. I only really turn the humidifier on when everything is closed up. But yeah, even 30-35% has been an improvement. My skin is in better condition than it was when I got here, but I still feel like it's too dry at times. I think 40-50% would be ideal.

I'm definitely not hating though. I would have one if it was A. legal and B. it wouldn't kill me in my sleep while it meant to "play"They see me rollin'....

It doesn't seem to do anything. The humidity here during the day is like 5-10% and at night it's like maybe 15-20%. Not a huge difference. All I know is my skin dried out horribly when I got here and I'm still learning how to manage that in this climate.I don't know how it works in the desert exactly but isn't the general strategy to open windows and use fans at night then close it up in the morning?

lol, I'm in Las Vegas. The natives on this forum are probably laughing at me, but coming from the SF bay area where there's almost always moisture, I'm having trouble adapting.where is that? so I can never go there.
