KittyRaces @KittyRaces Jaded @Jaded, other colourers...

Bodleian Library at Oxford put up a PDF of some of their collection as printable colouring pages. Pretty neat.

[eta] It looks like a lot of libraries are getting in on this for Colour Our Collections Week, which is February 1-5. Quite a few of them can be found here:

I'll repost some stuff some MTC members had posted in MTG's coloring thread a few weeks ago:

Jaded @Jaded colored these:

Jaded and KittyRaces both bought a nice discount I found on an OttLite desk lamp to see colors more accurately.

Eetha @Eetha shared the websites for her indie coloring book work-in-progress, with free printable sample pages available:
http://coloringbug.com
http://facebook.com/coloringbug

(And I suggested that if you don't have a printer at home, you can put the pages you like on a USB drive and take it to a library, office supply store, or copy center. :) Should be able to get them printed there ranging from around 5 to 25 cents per page, depending on arbitrary pricing.)

essjay @essjay drew this zentangle:

EEEmmons @EEEmmons - Very nice work! That is some unusually-shaped paper you're using. :)

Huge collection of coloring pages!

http://www.openculture.com/2016/02/...books-from-world-class-libraries-museums.html

This week, from February 1 – February 4, museums and libraries worldwide are taking part in #ColorOurCollections. As part of this campaign, these institutions have made available free coloring books, letting you color artwork from their collections and then share it on Twitter and other social media platforms, using the hashtag #ColorOurCollections. At no cost, you can download coloring books from:

You can find a list of other participants on Twitter.

"The National Archives of the United States just released a coloring book full of strange patents. It’s all available now as a free PDF, and it’s 17 glorious pages of sheer inventive weirdness. The patents range for chicken goggles to a hat that automatically salutes to the landing craft used in D-Day. It’s an utter delight."

I love this! What's her story? :D :D
I actually colored her as a reference for one of the characters in the book I'm writing! (Minus the wings.) Her name is Mischa (for now.)

I picked out a picture from all of my books of each of my main characters, it helps me make them a little more real. I sound like an insane person and I'm going to stop typing now.

Edit: Her name is not Mischa anymore.

This is why I'm poor. I'm coloring instead of working.

This one's name isn't decided yet. Though for now she's called Cyrene.

And I hate her.

EDIT: I tried to make it smaller but it didn't work. The weridly colored white blob in the tree is whiteout.
