Lots of batches have the same hit multiple times, depending on how it is set up. But you only get that unique hitid once if you skip it or accept it.

My experience is with the Vacation hits. He doesn't double up the hits. And I know for a fact, that I see the same listings over and over.

Easy way to find out if it has changed (which is entirely possible) is to record the hitID of 2 of those identical hits and see if they match. I'm not talking about the content of the hit itself, only the hitID.
