So what do you guys do when the HIT doesnt provide a code? I mean besides reporting it. Contact the person and let them know? I feel I've done a few $1 and above surveys that havent given a code today. Are these just scams?

Yeah, I just contact them. I've yet to have a codeless survey not approve.

I usually put "no code given" with my worker ID in the box. They usually approve it.

I don't bother taking the time to email them. I certainly don't report them. I just submit and write, "no code given" in the code box and take my chances. If I was newer, I might be more hesitant to do that; however, I've never been rejected regarding a code they didn't provide.
