Is there a walkthrough on how to backup legacy HDb and import into the new HDb? I was inactive when the new one came out and haven't installed the new one yet. Don't want to lose two years of data by doing something wrong!

I don't need to worry about learning how to import unless my working database crashes, correct. If I just download the database as is every so often, is that good enough until disaster strikes?

That's right. I'm actually still using the legacy version. I did use the patch TJ added to stop the pop-up warning.
