Make sure you are getting lots of vitamin D... if you aren't out in the sun your skin isn't making any. Only takes 15-20 minutes of solid direct sunlight a day to produce what you need. Vitamin D deficiency is fairly common with office workers and what not.

I (shockingly) have a vegetable/herb garden that I take care of every day, so I get about an hour of sun give or take the day. Vitamin D deficiency is one of the biggest causes for depression!

Ah that sucks. I enjoyed doing them daily. I took my time too. Always approved by them and then one day I saw an email saying they took away my qual some months back lol. Suck overall.

yea they have done that to a few people, i dont know if they ever actually say the reason.
