Just spent four hours last night slow cooking some on the grill. Was feeling the same way.

I know right. The smell is insane in a good way. I was not super hungry but now I'm starving.

i haven't so much as walked more than 1/2 mile at a time in a month since tweaking my piriformis muscle last month. Been doing PT for the last 2 weeks to get things back to normal so I can get back to running. Just finished a 1.25 mile somewhat fast paced walk and feel great! baby steps to running again but this is one heck of a return now back to your regularly scheduled turking
