and ground beef, chiles, beans, cheese, onions, all that stuff. It's a Mexican tater tot casserole. I've never made it before, so I'll let you know how it turns out.

Right after I get back from the store because my ground beef went bad. (Or maybe it was ok, but it was a judgement call so I decided to toss it out and go get fresh stuff.) I live a 5 minute walk from the grocery so at least it's an easy trip.
