It's a combination of 30 minutes last night and the another hour this afternoon. It was way too light this morning (more like cotton candy purple than dark) I had to bleach it to really pale blonde first as well.

SIL bleached her hair twice this week, can she put a regular color (black, brown, auburn) dye on it to fix it if she's bright orange or does she need to wait?

Does her hair seem significantly damaged or okay? Depends on if she's using semi-permanent or permanent dye b/c permanent is more damaging, but good conditioning or Olaplex should help if it is damaged.

I used to have light blue highlights and the amount of bleaching my black hair needs to get to the right lightness was a huge pain.

I did! My little bit of googling made it sound like she should wait at least a week and do some conditioning but she said she couldn't handle that.

I get that it looks good, I can look good though in 30 mins buzzing my head though... is what it is... different strokes for different folks
