I feel like I have to constantly remind people this, but putting your ID does nothing if the survey didn't ask for your ID. They already get your ID when you submit your hit on mturk. You're better off sending a screenshot of the survey, or text from inside the survey, proving that you actually did it

I just write no code given. I don't bother with taking a screen shot or emailing. It works and it's fast.
