Yeah, but you do the math at a minute a pin that 30 minute lock out is expensive

They ran out of work. They basically post batches that have more hits than work available. When the work runs out you'll see that message, even if there are still hits you can accept. It's a bit confusing but you'll get used to it if you work on them more often.
