Nah just Memphis being Memphis.

The Wal Mart I work in is in a small town of about 20000, in central WI. I think the only thing they ever worry about are shoplifters which are frequent. I never knew that they had associates walking around in plain clothes and their job is to look for shoplifters. I met one of them when I had to do a safety walk.

Another not awesome week on Mturk, but...I took Friday and Saturday off. Took the kid to an amusement park on Friday to celebrate his first day of summer break and rode a bazillion roller coasters. Took yesterday off to recover from the beating that many roller coasters gave to my body! And went to a graduation party.

Wow, it's funny cause on my day job, you have to have a badge to enter the building. They keep the doors locked at all times, I work at an insurance company and there is no money in the building other than the cafeteria. At retail stores there is a ton of money and anyone can walk in. Obviously they have to. I feel very secure in my day job. Just saw a training video yesterday on what to do if you are being robbed at Walmart, and basically you do nothing, you do what the robbers tells you to do. Then call the manager.
