I just messaged him. He's usually pretty responsive. Also something else worth mentioning is that they want the position information. So for example if the person they list is working at the school but not a principal they want the current principal working their and his/her name.

Just emailed him back. He says he's expecting around 8% not found. That's a little risking because all that is bouncing around now is returned scraps.

My response didn't have any signature from Gosia Colosimo or anything; just a straight up answer so it sounds likely people aren't on the same page. I guess we should ignore what I said until we find out more. I'm just gonna keep returning them for now then.

I think some of that has to do with the servers not being terrible as well.
