That's pretty confusing

It makes sense if you think about the buttons you have to push to get to each category. Let's say I'm searching for a skirt and I don't know where the search bar is.

I'd click > Clothes > Women's Clothing > Bottoms > Skirts

boom I'm there.

So all skirts are bottoms, but not all bottoms are skirts. Or something, I don't even know which part is confusing you so this explanation is probably making it worse.

tab and arrow keys seem like the simplest way to me

I tend to use a combo of tabbing and the arrow keys. And I use the enter button to submit at the end. I don't think I have scripts enabled.

They have asked us on the forum to not use scripts. But simply using the arrow keys and tabbing make them faster than using a mouse. I can knock one out in around 45seconds-1minute
