If you want sample (usually deluxe) sizes, then Birchbox, Sephora Play! and Ipsy are all good. My favorite is Boxycharm right now but it's all full-size stuff and more expensive. You might want to start with the smaller ones until you figure out what you like.

I get ipsy, it is good. I think they do a fairly good job of customizing to what you put in the survey thing (assuming they still do that). I tend to sub for 6 months and then go off for a while because they do repeat things a lot. But it's great to try stuff and build a collection. I think you can get points for free stuff if you review? I don't do that, but I think they offer it.

Oh, and sometimes the little bags are super cute.
