so with the OCMPs that are not available right now...I'm supposed to wait 2 hours and submit whether or not it works?
If it says not available I wouldn't do them- I had some in my list and I returned them. I think they may have pulled them because the system is borked

Home from work today sick. I slept an extra four hours this morning and have the whole day to rest. I feel exhausted still but at least I have my coffee a warm blanket and my son is bringing me some soup home for lunch. Hope I will be able to have a productive turk day since I'll be home all day.

I've lived in different states in the south my entire life and never heard anyone use "bless your heart" that way either. Only on reddit had I seen people act like it was used that way.
Lived in the south for 30 + years. I hear this pretty regular. It can mean a lot of things, none of them good unless the person saying it is super old, then its a toss up.

people say it here all the time. It's used to modify a parenthetical phrase - as in:

He doesn't know what he is doing, bless his heart.
Or she made a mess of that, bless her heart.

or, they're just Yankee's, bless their hearts

it's funny that people online think it's malicious...maybe it's sometimes used sarcastically, but from my experience it's an expression of genuine sympathy.
