The $30 mood hit says if you are eligible there are 4 $15 follow up surveys over the course of a year. Has anyone who has done it before got an email regarding that? I've seen this hit posted for a while and never seen someone mention that.

The email I received in May after doing it said one every three months, for $15 each. They said they would email the link when the next ones are due.

Yep same. I have done #1 of the 15$ parts, so I know it is solid.
