Description: This HIT is a study that involves completing an online survey about your mental health. The study is being conducted by researchers from Boston University and is supported by the National Institute of Mental Health (K01MH106710). The survey includes questionnaires and interactive computerized tasks that assess current and past thoughts, moods, behaviors, and stress. The survey should take roughly 3 hours to complete. At the end of the survey, you will be given a unique code that can be entered at bottom of this posting. Once you complete the survey and enter this code, $30 will be automatically deposited into your Amazon Payment account (within 3 days of completing the survey). Toward the end of the survey, we will ask if you’d be willing to complete a series of briefer surveys in the future for additional compensation. Your participation is voluntary and the information you provide will be confidential. This study has been reviewed and received ethics clearance through a Boston University research ethics committee. Where universities don't post many surveys and things generally slow down. Maybe that was just last summer though, but that was my reasoning.
There may be fewer Psych 101 surveys from students in class but there are still plenty of academic surveys up from researchers who don't take summers off. And market research surveys run all year 'round, too.

what summer drought?
where there is no water in soil or really anything in the summer from the heat, and then everyone goes nuts until it rains again.
