Where universities don't post many surveys and things generally slow down. Maybe that was just last summer though, but that was my reasoning.

There may be fewer Psych 101 surveys from students in class but there are still plenty of academic surveys up from researchers who don't take summers off. And market research surveys run all year 'round, too.

where there is no water in soil or really anything in the summer from the heat, and then everyone goes nuts until it rains again.
