note to requestors: if you're going to fail people because of two AC questions that were failed please do two things:
1. make sure you actually have two AC questions in your survey (this one only had one)
2. make sure you have quashed any bugs that make one fail the question even though the the correct answer was chosen.
Requestor got her results without having to pay and I've contacted her. Hopefully I get a resolution soon.
