I get a bad lag all the time. seems worse when I first start. At the bottom of Chrome I see the message "Establishing a Secure Connection" and it hangs forever. It also takes forever to close a tab out. And it's only mturk related stuff, with or without HF on.

After working for a bit it seems to go away.

This happened to me last week and I uninstalled/reinstalled and was frustrated...then I realized that it was because I had set mturk to show me 100 results per page, so it was having to grab TOs for all of those HITs. When I switched it back, the problem went away.

When he very first started he had $30/hr batches but it's been all downhill since then.
