Reeeee is a sound made when in distress of some sorts. In all caps you are VERY distressed either anger or something of similar value. It means more of that feeling the longer it goes on. So a little reeee, like reeeeeeee, is annoyance or irritation. A Large REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE but short is anger but not rage inducing. Then you have the full blown REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE which is flat our RAGE at something that is all consuming.
