They will generally respond if you email them but it usually takes a couple of days. They will sometimes reverse a rejection after reviewing if they can see it was wrong on their end.

Today is a sad day. First rejection for a .01$ HIT and I did it right. No response either.

This was years ago when I was a wee turker. I dont even think I had found MTG yet. I was a noob and suffered the consequences.

Never did p9r or brelig's either. Too scared of rejection warnings on MTG. So my first 1000 hits were mostly Jimmy Dragon.
