So, I decided to gather some data while working on stuff.
date: when the request was sent
speed: how often it should send the request
no adjust: how often it would send the request without the response time being accounted for
adjusted: how much needed to be knocked off in order to get the speed down to the right time

As you see, this has www ~350ms response time and worker ~550ms on average.
If the response delays are accounted for in the scripts then it is fine. MTS and PC do.
