I started with one. saved up 15 bucks then bought another. Rinse and repeat until you have 10.
Where are you getting $15 tablets? And one that will actually do anything, not cheap ones from China that will over heat and slowdown and make what you're actually trying to do more of a pain?

Oh that was referring to devices in general but the first couple of phones that I bought were LG Exceed 2s for 15 bucks each from Best Buy. As far as tablets go, I buy used kindle fires and Voyager IIs off of Amazon for $20-35 dollars each. I buy them in good condition though so they run a bit higher in cost. About 28 dollars for a fire on average.

Kindle fire = perktv (it runs all day without being rooted)

Voyager II - Install Windows and run Earnhoney
