Well, the chocolate lasagna comment a bit ago inspired me. I just mixed up and put two loaves of chocolate almond zucchini bread in the oven, with zucchini I grew in my garden.

I am so freaking jealous right now. I haven't had good chocolate zuc bread since the farmer's market in StL a few years ago. Surprisingly, Okies don't seem to make it because I can't find it anywhere.

Now I want to make chocolate zucchini bread. But I only really like zuch bread with nuts in it, and I can't make it with nuts right now because the child has braces and he can't eat nuts.
