Holy balls, I know what I'm wearing to the next family gathering.. Thank you, I needed to know that this was a thing!

When I went to sign in to work, it said they didn't have an account with my email. When I checked my regular email account I had an email from Amazon saying I changed my email. I didn't change my email so I contacted them. They had to file a suspicious activity report and put my account on hold. I can't do anything until they investigate it. She said they had a lot of that already this week going on.

The thing about this is that I suspect it's something fucky on Amazon's end that is happening. On Saturday, I went to log into mturk and received an error message that no account existed with that email address. I double-checked and slow-pecked my info to be sure, and it happened again. I got scared for a moment, but decided to clear cache/cookies and whatnot (and said a little prayer with an added threat to burn down Amazon HQ if it was still happening). When I restarted my computer, all was well and I was able to log in again. Granted, I didn't receive and email about an address change..but with Amazon the way that they are, I wouldn't be surprised if it's a current glitch in their system.

That being said, I hope that you get an actual positive resolution, and soon.
