Rejections really don't matter if you have that many hits approved. I have 200 of them and I don't even blink an eye when I get an additional one.

Nah.
For whatever reason I had a script that was submitting when I hit F5.

Emailed them right away.

f5 is a weird key to fire a script.
get a g-13 or a keyboard with macros then you can make the scripts fire on stuff that you will never use in normal work flow.
all my ahks fire with ctrl shift and another key .

i submitted the vacation qual. i didn't get it last time, but i am positive i got this one.
