I thought this one was pretty easy. I think I finished it in under an hour, last time it took me all day to figure it out and I didn't get the parcel number right. I think I nailed it this time though. Time will tell.

If I remember correctly, different locations are given in each qual hit, so YMMV. Mine required some focus and thinking on my toes, but was not horrible. (Which is what makes me fear I flubbed it, given the last try was eyeball-ripping madness in terms of difficulty.)
