well i emailed the code to him and i have a copy of that email, which i responded to asking him to overturn the rejection because...he said he would pay me

you need to screen shot the pages that the code comes on in a situation like that and then you KinDly tell the requester that you can send them a copy of the screen shot. You say it in a nice way. Then they know you covered you you know what.

tbh it's not worth it to me to screenshot every survey like that or when they don't have codes. 99% of the time i submit with worker ID and a note and it approves. in this situation i'm miffed because the requester initially responded that they'd approve the HIT, but then rejected the HIT a few days later. but i'll take the rejection over the hassle of screenshot-ing all the time.

Not every survey. You can copy the stuff to your notepad, just the ones you know might give you a problem.

i didn't think it'd be a problem, because the requester responded that it wouldn't be a problem.

Yes, And it was basically if your approval is over 90% and you have over one hit and you do not have a qual which is basically the requesters qual that said you had taken the hit. I did not have the qual so I met all 3 parameters
