My husband will never let me order the stuffed crust from Pizza hut. I know it's not real cheese, but it's the best fake cheese in the world.

You tell your husband that someone on the forum says he's wrong. It's mozzarella, and basically the same as those little string cheese things you get at the grocery store. We just tucked it into the crust like it was going night-night and fired it up in the oven. (I've worked at two different PHs, so unless there's some manager out there cutting corners, it's legit info.)
