I had this loooong list of potential baby names, and CJ just narrowed it down to three.

Problem? We can't think of a middle name for any of them.

The winners are:

Athena
Aria
Mia

Any ideas for middles? Or wanna suggest a different first/middle?

(I'm personally really in love with Athena. It's feminine yet the name of a tough warrior goddess. What's not great about that?)

Out of those three choices, I like Aria or Athena. Mia reminds me of "all I wanna do -pow pow pow- that song from several years ago. Aria and Athena are both classy though

They are all awesome, but Athena immediately struck me as a strong, unique, name. I guess that doesn't help with a middle name. All of my children have middle names after family members. Two of my children's first names are from a couple of my favorite fictional characters. Clearly I'm not a reliable opinion.

A friend suggested Athena Love Jay. The native in me freaking wants that, but I'm pretty sure CJ would :blech:

No that totally makes yours a reliable opinion. We actually went through classic horror final girl's names thinking we might wanna pick something from them at one point. And Aria is from Mass Effect, one of CJ's favorite games.

I love the name Athena, but I'm a sucker for mythology. I think something simple, but not boring, would pair well with it. I like James, Mae, Rose, Quinn, Gwen, Ada and Imogen. I also love the name Ariadne, but that might be a bit much.

Thank god you're not having a boy, or I'd just be listing a shit load of Roman emperors' names.

Congrats again, lady!

Athena Love Jay is a pretty amazing name though. And you're right about Athena sounding like a warrior princess name but still being feminine. I do like it.

Bahaha I was so relieved it wasn't a boy because I can't think of a single boy name I like!

I've never heard the name Ariadne before. That's really different.
