Possible option:
Take everything out of the house... bring one thing back in at a time until you've identified the thing that changes your physical state. Take that thing to your doctor.

I had a girlfriend who used to say that all the time when I was a lot younger. Well her version was "It's always the last place you look." In reference to a lost item. One day I replied "Not much sense continuing to look once you've found it."


The look of genuine surprise that crossed her face made me think about a lot of things.
