Yeah, I can't believe they screwed that up somehow! I just use Easy Auto Refresh at 15 seconds and have UT running in the background with a piece of the window always visible so I can see when a test pops up.

I use a Lenovo myself, by far the best I have owned (compared to HP, Alienware, Dell, Acer).

Well, I'm looking for input regarding--I guess--their reliability/speed/? v. their cost. Trying to avoid buying a "dog."

I have a lonovo. I'm not a huge fan. Maybe its just my computer, but the keys aren't very responsive. I had to buy an external keyboard. Oh and a year and a half after I bought it, I had some overheating problems and had to get a new battery.

I will say the keyboard on this laptop is the worst I have ever used, but its reliability and price have been the best I have seen. Every other brand of laptop I have owned has died by either frying the mobo or gpu and this things the cheapest and has been running the longest.

I have like, 5 days I can do UT between now and September and one of those days is today and OF COURSE it has to be broken.

My work laptop is a Lenovo Thinkpad T440p, which is what I mainly turk on (shh). It's not fancy, but the battery life is great and it's pretty hardy because I tote it to and from the office, bump it on things, had it fall off the couch, etc., and there's not a scratch on it. It has a built-in webcam also.
