Well, we are torn....I want to stay in the parish...just a bigger house on more property but my husband wants to move to a city a little further away ( we both will work at the same job locations.)

So we are torn...my option would be a smaller house than he wants BUT it would be where I want...his choice is a bigger house BUT not where I want

no, I'm a cashier. I don't work overnights.

So glad we get 5-6 weeks vacation over here.

I get almost 30 days paid vacation on my day job (25 vacation days plus 4 floating holidays. Plus 6 paid holidays. So that's pretty good.

Of course I've been there 14 years, so you get 3 weeks vacation when you first start. Then another week after 5 years, than another week after 12 years, than you have to wait 25 years for another week.

At Walmart your PTO doesn't even start accumulating until you've been there 3 months. I just don't understand how people can work there everyday. I guess some just like retail. You also don't get a discount card until you've been there 90 days. I guess they have such a high turnover, they don't want to be giving discount cards right away and then have people quit or get fired.

Yeah, I teach ( no I won't) I live about 2 minutes from the school now but where I want to move it will be around 20min
