It's highly unlikely that CIs will mass reject; but I speak from personal experience and highly recommend that you do not get too hung up on maintaining a perfect 100%. I was like that for awhile and continuously returned good hits and lost a lot of money. I fought very hard on every rejection. The saying "scared money don't make money" is so true. I managed to get over 50K before my first rejection stuck. After that I loosened up and that's when I started regularly making decent money. Just aim for a 99% approval rating and you will be fine.

Thanks for the advice! I always do scared batches when I see them, it's just a matter of dumb luck that I haven't gotten a rejection yet. My very first HIT was actually a rejection that led me to not even look at mturk anymore for a few weeks lol turns out it was an error and it was reversed
